brokeded my mower wheel real bad-like with my 8N

OK. So my Ford 8N is stronger than my BMB"s rear wheel assembly, and in an ill conceived attempt and backing into an area to mow it, only to discover a BIG stone the hard way, I broke the rear wheel assembly.

As stated, it was broke real bad like.

Now, before you simply suggest that I easily weld it back in place, it"s been welded a time or two and I was hoping someone could point me down the path to finding a potential replacement, even for something that might be generic and need a bit of customization to fit it.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Post a pic so we can see what is damaged and what you have to work with.

is the hub/wheel itself damaged.. or the fram and axle / spindle.. etc..??

I don't know what a BMB looks like, but when my old Ford 60" crazy wheel died, I bought an axle stub, bearings, hub, and wheel from Surplus Center. The original had a yoke with a through-axle, so I cut off on side of the yoke and welded the axle stub on. It's been working great for a few years now, and the roller bearing setup is far superior to the old cheapy ball bearing axle and wheel.
