I have no idea what time zone they are in, it is eight, yes 8 hours behind the Eastern Time Zone. Where would that be? The Hawaiian Time Zone?

Central time...You can set your time zone in the modern forum. I have mine set to GMT-5 hours. Sets it to central time here.
