As tom and the others are telling you.. Do verify the leaky area before you tear into it.. otherwise it will be hard and expensive to chase down.

90WT G-L-1...Did it just get weak or has it always been weak? Weak meaning it will only lift 200 lbs? or does weak mean it lifts slow? More details please.

What do you mean by "weak"? Is it slow? It won't lift heavy loads? Does it leak down?

Lifts a small angle blade about an inch or 2.It will lift arms with no load.

Remove the side cover at your right heel where the dipstick is located. While lifting the blade, look inside with a flashlught to see if you see oil leaking from above(leaking from the cylinder).
If you see oil streaming down from the top you most likely need to revuild the cylinder. Also look down in the oil in the bottom of the pump to see if you notice excess turbulence(you will see some oil movement because of the PTO shaft turning). If you see a lot of turbulence, you likely have a leaking safety valve. WITH TRACTOR OFF, reach in and locate the safety valve, just below the PTO shaft. Remove your hands from inside the tractor pump area and crank the tractor. Engage the PTO and lift the blade as high as it will go. Reach in and feel the end of the Safety valve. You should feel no Pressure. If it tries to push your finger off of the end, then the SV is bad and needs replaced. Check these things and post back. Hope this helps.
