I"ve been trying to get this orc off for the past couple of weeks without breaking anything, but I"m not having any luck. I don"t see any pin inside when I line up the grease holes. I can"t see thru to the other side at all, I"m looking at the pto shaft I think. COuld the orc have gotten twisted around on the shaft? I"m running out of ideas other than cutting it off. ANy ideas would be greatly appreciated.

At the risk of telling you something that you already know, you must leave the PTO in gear such as to hold the inner sleeve stationary, as you rotate the outer part and look for alignment of holes in inner & outer. Then you can see and drive the roll pin out.
Hope of some help.

You say that you can't see a pin when you line up the grease holes.. yet you can't see al the way thru... 2 mutually exclusive comments..
As the others said.. line it up and run a drift thru..

does it still spin on the pto shaft in one direction? It is held on with a roll pin and you have to turn ORC in the shaft until you line up the pin with the grease zerk holes, then you can drive out the pin and it will slide right off.

Yes the holes will not always line up. Put a drift punch in the hole and rotate the orc backwards untill it lines up. Small hammer and it is out, simple.
