It"s a ford and you are missing the stator wire.

The external wire to the stator terminal IS NOT NEEDED for tractor/industrial applications.

Here's a simple (and COMMON) basic diagram of how to connect the alternator and regulator.

It says "Motorcraft" on the back of the alternator and that's FORD!
