I have ordered a front Bumper for my 8N 1952 model tractor. Could one of you fellas tell me the correct hardware, ie bolts(size-lenght) needed to mount it, or should I order the $10.99 kit plus shipping for the 4 bolts, nuts and washer. The help is always appreciated. Steve

Grade 8 5/8's boltd at the hardware store, get washers and lock washers.... once you mount the bumper, paint the bolts well and have fun.

Holy Moley

Measure the length you need and the diameter and the next time you are in at the farm or hardware store buy em by the pound. I don't think mine even cam to a pound. Anyway that is an option for shallow pocket guys like me.

Here's a pair of extra length axle bolts I'm selling. They came off a Jubilee and included a 7/16" spacer because the tractor did not have a bumper.

They probably weigh a couple of pounds. I normally ship Priority Mail. Depending on where in the country they need to go, it could come close to that. Then there's the gas to get to the P.O. (not exactly around the corner for me). I could try shipping them in an envelope First Class Mail. Might save some coins, but might also tear the envelope open in transit and get lost. Or I could try Parcel Post, but that's usually a poorer service for not much less than Priority Mail. You're welcome not to bid if you don't need or want them....or think they are a rip off. Check my ebay feedback. 99.7% of people I deal with feel that I'm fair and provide good items. I'm glad I was able to provide a source of laughter and enjoyment to you. Have a wonderful day.

I used 5/8" bolts that were 4 1/2" long. Get grade 8 you can find them at most hardware stores.
