Today I managed to get the axle sump drained.

It got dark on me and I had to quit.

So the front two plugs are still in place.

I drained the sump and with the key off

I hit the starter switch for 2 seconds to drain the pump.

I left it open to drain overnight.

Gonna be even colder tonight.

Guess it will finally get that flush out it needed.

Gonna warm up this weekend. I'll do it then.

Please tell me if I'm ok now for these cold nights.

Thanks.

Oh please don't let that be so.

I've been sitting here on oxygen since I came in.

(and 30 minutes later)

Well, whatdayaknow, a happy accident.

Glad I went and checked now.

I didn't see the plug above the draw bar.

So I got the center one after all.

This time I counted from the front to the back.

Oil plug, drain plug, drain plug (removed), drain plug.

Supposed to be around 70 degrees this weekend.

It can sit there till then and I can finish it.

Thanks for the help.

The middle one is where the pump is located.
