Hydraulic control lever jumps up

The control lever for the hydraulics, when put in the fully down position, tends to "jump up" and the lift starts to raise. Is there an adjustment that will tighten it so this stops happening? Seems dangerous the way it is. When brush hogging, I had the hog raise on me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. All I had to do (once Gary sent me the instruction) was to turn the adjustment nut about 1 turn & replace the cotter pin. I will order the FO-4 today. I have the service manual, but that is a bit too deep for me at this stage.

Hi SouNder; Yep, I know, that's what I fig. the prob. is, and ... is why I sent him the FO-4 adjustements instruction scan.

He has a manual ordered, but has not recieved it yet.

Hope all is well at your end of the world.third party image

Dan;
I know you have not recieved your FO-4 Manual yet, so... I sent ya a scan of the FO-4 instructions on the 9/2N adjustments for the quadrant and adj. for the control spring.
