How is it plumed in?

Did it ever work in the past?

New installation?

External valving?

People reading don't know what you have/asking about.

Ron..... ..giffus a hint, I funked mindreading, just ask my ex-wife of 32yrs.

Iff'n yer talkin' yer right hip mounted hy-trol lever don't lift yer 3-point mounted plow; then it could well be just COLD HEAVY 90wt oil ...or... FROZEN water in bottom of hydraulic oil sump preventing the PTO operated hydraulic pump from suckin' oil.

Quick fix, heater under hydro-tranny plate. Better fix, 5-gals of Ford/New Holland recommended M2C-134D hydro-tranny oil..... ...Dell

Ron..... ..see I tollya, flunked mindreading.

Most remote cylinders being powered by the internal hydraulic pump need to have the 3-point arms chained down to divert the hy-trol output to the corner pressure test port to operate the remote ram..... ..Dell
