Gaspump;

It is amazing, what newscasters get in their brains nowadays. Everyone of them are looking for the BIG story, and some of them really get carried away.!!!third party image I wonder what would happen if it really did snow in Florida. The news would probably hipe it into a blizard, if they got 2 inches of snow.third party image Kinda reminds me of "Chicken Little"third party image

Stay warm, GP!!!

Sure have that right, You should hear how our Orlando Channel 9 the local ABC affiliate hypes the weather on their "Severe Weather Center Center 9"! Gotta laugh, at least our local paper stated this morning that according to the US weather service it was not snow but ice crystals. They did show ice from irregition on trees near me.

Local evening news folks are going totally bonkers tonight. Say it froze and snowed in Daytona Beach this am. At 7am it was about 40 here and I'm near Daytona but not on the beach. Their TV proof of snow was a close up of some dudes red Porshe Boxer with about 3-4 dozen really tiny white kernels on top of each wiper blade by the windshield that look like they may have dropped from the sky. Anyway temp topped out at about 50 today, windy and cold by our standards. They also showed irregated ferns and oranges covered with ice at colder more inland locations but no reported crop damage.

Tim;

Dec. wasw good to us also. We got around 34" of snow since November.

To day was just clean up for the drive, but.... I usually do not let the snow get any deeper than 6 to 8 inches befor I plow. If it has been 6wks. since ya plowed at the cabin, I would think, chains will be needed. I will be very suprised it they are not needed.third party image

Take some pix to post for us.

Gary---looks like fun---I will get to try out my back blade in snow this weekend. How much snow are you pulling?

I will be clearing out all of December"s snow from the driveway as I have not been up to the farm for 6 weeks. We have had close to 30" of snow in December and I am anticipating a hard workout for my 51 N----may have to put the chains on!!!

Keep on Plowin"

Tim

Scott; Wow , you got smacked with the cold stuff. I've got smacked with the snow. But I love it.third party image

Hermie got smacked with water in the gas, from the gas station. Out of 6 underground tanks, they have water in 3 of the tanks. Yikes, I wouldn't want to foot that BILL, for cleanup. Seems there might be a water line broken along side the fuel tanks.!!!!!????third party image

Took me almost all day yesterday to get the water and ice out of HERMIE, but.... he is runnin' good again.third party image

Gary,

Great pic!

It is now 10 below in balmy VT, I plowed yesterday and when I came in it was 2 below. The old six volt started right up a zero degrees.

A little cold to ride tonight, (not the tractor)

Scott

Gary;

You really have had some snow! How are the stabilizer bars working? Also looks like you have developed a means of keeping the face warm.
