I am rebuiding a 51 8n. My spindles are worn quite a bit and even with new bushings installed in the housing there is a lot of slop in it. A local machine shop quoted me a price to build them up and turn them back down that was more than I could replace them at Dennis Carpenter. Has anyone used DC for spindles and are you pleased with the quality? Any other options?
