On the screen you are looking at,left side where it says "Marketplace" click on tractor parts. select Ford New Holland. then click on "looking for 9N 2N 8N? click here. select your model Then select "Hitch/Drawbar" scroll 1/3 of the way down the page to the stabilizer kits. There are 2 of them light & heavy. The better one is the heavy $54.90

Osweld,

There are 2 types of stablizer bars. One type mounts under the axle in line with the lift arms. These keep an implement from moving side to side. The other type hooks to the top link mount point and keep the lift from moving up or down. These would be used with a trailer to keep a load from pushing up the hitch. In the picture by GB, the arrows are pointing at the toplink bars. You can see the other type on the left side down low.

To plow snow, you need the bars that mount under the axle to keep the plow from moving side to side.

Hope this helps,
Danny

Never mind, I read GB's post better. He points to each type.

Osweld:

Scroll down to the "Stabilizer Bar" post and see GB in MT's reply to you in that thread. He posted a very descriptive picture of the bars mounted on his tractor.

Hint: They come in different lengths, so be sure to measure from mounting point to implement pins when connected to the lift arms..... .

My previous post said to measure the distance..... That's if you already have the mounting brackets on the axle housing...

If you have to mount the complete kit, the brackets have holes already drilled so you can get the right length....
