Is it posabale to hook power steering to a 48 8n? This is a working tractor with a loader and I am not a teenager any more.

An 801 power steering sector will fit. The earliest production 3000 radius rods, tie rods, and cyl. will fit. You hve to cut an opening in the dash support under the tool box for the lines to connect to the sector valve and mount a pump and you have it.

Talk to these folks.

I know nothing about them, just a Google search.

I installed one on a 350 IH utility with a loader about a year ago and no problems. It took a day and a half (not too bad for an old guy). Simple to install, worked great and nice people to work with. They will help with any problems.
