Yep, Its me again!!! I love this Forum, and most of the people on here!!!!

This week, started off.... not so good!!!!, but got way better as it went along.

Staurday, I had Hermie out plowing, and pulled a stupid, non-thinkin', stunt. I was backbladeing snow piles, and slid Hermie off the edge of a burm. Thought I was going over for sure!!!! Tweeked the front end so hard, that the fan blade cut the bottom rad. hose, and sprayed anti-freeze, all over the distrib., and killed the sparkie wire holes for #s 3 and 4. OOps!!!, No fire there.!!..... Got it all cleaned up, and changed the rad. hose. That is how I found out the front pin for the axle is worn and needs, replaced.
But then stuff started getting a lot better.

Tuesday, March 4th, was the 48th yr. Aniversary, of our long and drawn out marrage. We had a great day, together.

Then yesterday, I got a surprise package in the mail. It was from ...High Pockets....one of the members of this forum. He does not post much, but....is always lurking in the wings. We email back and forth quite a bit, exchanging tips and help, for each other. His carb. was the final one I overhauled, this season.

Anyway, He sends me this package, and I open it up to find a brand new....ZANE THANG. :D :D He must have like his carb.
Now, where else can you get payment for a carb. overhaul, like THAT, but on this forum!!!!! !?????

So....For the present, from High Pockets, and for all the friends I have made out there..... .

I say a heartfelt, THANK YOU!!!third party image

The old, baldheaded man, in MT.

Best advice my Dad ever gave was the correct answer to any of my wife's questions is "Yes, Dear!". Then go do whatever you want. It saves a least one fight.

Congratulations to you and your wife on the Anniversary, Gary! 48 years together is quite an accomplishment. What"s the secret?

Man it looks like you folks have a lot of snow over at Seeley Lake! We got about six inches the other day but it ws mostly gone yesterday. Our side of the Missions are full of snow but the grass is starting to green over here in the valley. I went through Evaro Saturday and there weas a trace of snow. I went over yesterday and it was snowing to beat the band and there was at least 18 inches on the ground.

Once again, Happy Anniversary to you both!

Colin;

Thanks for the nice post.

Hermie is back up and running good, but I have to test him out today with some plowing of the white stuff!!!
Yep. that's right, it is still snowin' here. Just can't seem to make up it's mind, if it is going into spring or gonna be more winter. First rain, then snow, hot then cold. :? Really wierd weather!!!!

Have a "N" day.

Gary :)

Gary: Congratulations on your 48th - ours is next year - sometimes feels like just yesterday, but I don't know if we can stand another 48. Folks on this board are all first class and will give you the shirt off their back if you're in trouble. If you help folks, it will come back to you.

Ouch! That hurts! lol

Wally World had those caps on sale for a dollar each back at the first of winter. They do a nice job of keeping the ears and head warm.

Same here, Ross.

Yes we seem to be doing lots better on rain, and more in the 4 cast.

I'm about ready to do some plowing myself. Maybe within a couple of weeks.

Just as Ken says; good things do come to good people. I'm certain that Highpockets is very grateful for the help you gave him just as I am for the help you have given me. Keep taking care of yourself, the wife, Hermie and us and in that order.
