I called Tractor Supply today to see if they had a dirt scoop in stock. No but they can have one in 7 -10 days. I asked if it was a 30" and he said yes. How much? Less than $300.00. I didn't ask the brand but one is on the way. He didn't ask my name or telephone number. I did get his name though. I guess I'll call in a week and see what happens. Anyone have druthers as to brands? David.

Dave;
I don't very often use mine that way, but if I do, I just attach a rope to the latch handle, and route it up over the top frame leaving enough rope to reach the back of the "N". Just tie a hand loop in the end of the rope, and hang it on something close to ya on the seat.. Simple, but effective!!!

I only use the scoop, in that way, when I am creating small shallow drainage ditches, in the spring.

Bought mine used about 2 months ago and its still
riding in the back of the truck. When you turn it
around to pull and load it how do you work the latch?

i have the old red style of KK from TSC.. from about 8ys ago.. it is a 30'.. and works great... other than replacing the trip rope.. i've done nothing else to it.... moved many yards of dirt with it over the years.. now that i got a loader.. it seldom gets used..
