Ok guys I am trying to get my factory front pulley installed all the way on. Dan was nice enough to help me out saying that he measured 1 9/16 pulley and the same for the crank nose. My question now is how far out the nose does the key stick. My pulley is really tight and i can not turn it or pull it in or out. I measure that it still has 1/8 (.1300) to go till it is flush. My problem with all this is if it has only 1/8 to go them am i all the way on or is it started on the key. If it was not lined up with the key at all how far would it be out form the end of the crank? Hope my pic. works. I am new to that part.

I think you are on the way,,, give it a good whack, use 2 hammers,, one on the snout and whack it with the other,,, once up its not zackly flush but close to it,,, 'bout a 1/32
