Does anybody know where I can get reference material to help indentify original parts for a Ford 9N. For instance I have fenders on my 9N that need to be replaced and the brackets seem to be riveted and bolted on. Is this an original item?, and if so is it worth it to cut these out and reuse.

The original were riveted and bolted from what I've seen. May be from mounting light brackets and such. Depends on the body work needed and the price they charge per hour. Re skinning them may be the cheaper way out. I don't know the quality of the aftermarket skins. I wouldn't mind using them if they are as thick as original. HTH
