Great conversion. How did you fabricate the connecting lines? They are steel, like brake lines aren"t they?

Is there any reason why this would be less desirable than the stock unit? I am getting ready to put an engine back into a working tractor, and would do this if it is equal to the stock with the ease of changing the new style.I looked up the link, and the cost of the housing, filter, and shipping is less than 40.00. If I add the fitting and brake line, to the cost, it should still be under 50.00.
