This is actually a MF. Just figured this might give some ideas for guys that drool over the Funk conversion. I know I was drooling. Might even get better than 20MPG when it's not wide open.

I'd have to wonder how much stronger ANY light truck or car tranny would be over the N? That MF doesn't look much beefier than the N? I would think the clutch would get modified? Sure would like it for moving snow though.

Actually, the MF 35 transmission is quite rugged, moreso than the 3 or 4 speed N transmissions.

Neat video, Jim.

I've seen videos of that Massey before. It's an FE-35 with a modified Oldsmobile V8 diesel.

I once had an FE-35 that looked at least a bit like the one in the video but mine had the Perkins A3-152 diesel. Great tractor.
