My take on this is: At some point, the front of that tractor has struck something, hard and with a good enough bang, to bend the radious bar/bars, in an upward bow, thereby twisting the axle forward at the top, which in turn has bent the front of the axle support. If the support is bent far enough forward at the top, the axle pin comes out of the rear bore, letting the force of the radius bars bend in the upward position, thereby twisting the axle and front support bore in a downward position at the top.
I tell ya this, because that is the way my welder told me that my front end was bent. The story goes that my 2N had a front end loader attached by prior owner, and the FEL struck a tree stump hard enough that it took almost, $200.00 to straighten it out. When I bought my 2N, the loader had been removed, and the radius arms had been replaced. The support had not been straightened properly, so the axle pin egged out both pin bores.
JMO, and my welders coments.!!!!!
You guys can be the judge!!! Gary (the guy that paid the bill to fix it right)
