Can i get to the nuts that hold the drag link studs to rear end without pulling trumpets. I have the transmission out of tractor?

Randy..... ..the lower 3-point link pins in the trumpets are cotter-keyed and torqued to 150ft/lbs. You generally haffta remove atleast the LEFT trumpet for access to BOTH lower link pins. You remove the diffy (heavy) and reach thru and tighten the right lower link. The pins are tapered and sometimes WALLER the castiron trumpet mounting hole when loose. Generally haffta use sumptin' like J&B Weld to re-seal the leaky trumpet pin-hole.

TIP: swipe yer paperbased trumpet gasket with HOT water so it will fit over yer diffy housing studs ..... ..Dell

I'm not sure what you are asking. The drag links attach to the steering box. Are you talking about the lift arms? If so, no, you must remove the trumpets to get to the nuts on the lift pins.
