Great peice of property and great looking "N". One question; if that cooler stays on the hog while running, doesn't it make the beer foamy?

Never tried it with beer. It was near a 100° yesterday...All I had in there was ice and water. If I was drinking beer a may have dropped dead.

That piece of land my 9N is parked on belongs to the US Army Core Of Engineers. If Canyon Lake Fills due to flooding this will be under water. The rest belongs to a camp ground. So if he dont sell no house's should go in on the rest of it. Half of it is in the flood plain.

Now that's a pretty picture. Don't tell anyone where it is or they'll have houses and convenience stores built on it in a flash. The problem today is not our roads or there's not nearly enough Walmarts (yuck). The problem is there are just too many people.
