I have a old manifold and carb that came off my 41 9N. I went and looked at a used 9N yesterday that need just these parts to get it were it might start. But I didn"t buy that tractor due to several other parts that were welded up and missing. now this man has called me and asked if I wanted to sell these parts to him. I"m haven"t decided what to do or how much to ask if I do decide to sell them or keep them in case i ever need them. what do you all think is a fair price.
Thanks

A new manifold is about $50.00 and new carb about $120.00 plus shipping on Ebay. Shipping is very high now. Used carbs are about $25.00. Used manifold (original) seem to run about $30.00. plus. Its always nice having a spare carb. I won't part with it for no less than $50.00

Bob in Tennessee said: (quoted from post at 22:38:50 05/10/08) If the manifold and carb you have were the originals from your 9n, then the manifold stands a good chance of not being any good. The carb should clean up good and benifit from a rebuild but the manifolds were notorious for wearing away at the #4 exaust inlet due to rust, and corrosion. An aftermarket manifold is only in the fifty dollar range.

Got that right, Bob.

NEW mainfold $65 and may need work.

M/S carbs, I have never met one that I couldn't put in working order.
$75 to $250?????

Well thanks. I think I will keep them around. That # 4 did have a lot of wear But I think the carb Is in great shap. I finally found the problem with it after I replaced it..
