Weirdest thing happen. Was mowing with 9n and ran out of gas. Stop to run and get gas fill it up and now it will not start. Turns over great but nothing. Pulled plugs and they are getting fire. Gas is on, plenty of gas in bowl. I am baffled. Any help would be great.

You say gas in bowl but which bowl?? If your talking sediment bowl then it may not be getting to the carb. Take the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb to make sure you have gas there. If you do then do as Dell says.

Will do what dell says soon. Mothers day. I ait working on no tractor today. And I am for sure its getting gas to carb because i took drain plug out. also for sure it ran out of gas because it ran out of gas. Took plugs out the day it happen and it did not seem to smeill or look flooded. They all for sure had spark to them as well. Will try to replace them and see what happens. Also, there are a few wires I noticed behind alternator that are unpluged when I bought it. The large wire is connected but the two blue smaller ones are not. Any reasons they need to be. Never had a dead battery issue.

Thanks guys for helping out.

Just take the plugs out, and heat the inside end with a propane torch really well.

Dell is probably right, you have probably just gassed (flooded) yer plugs.

Hard to recover from these days, if you don't know how.

Probably a clogged main jet. Are you sure it ran out of gas and that's why it "acted" like it ran out of gas?

Robert..... .ennytime ya can't start yer warm engine, ya done FLOODED yer sparkies with INVISIBLE no-lead contaminates and them lazy sparkies are piddlin' down the center insulator 'sedda jumpin' the gap. CHANGE yer flooded sparkies for NEW CLEAN DRY sparkies. AutoLite 437's are recommended, gap = 0.025. Don't throw yer flooded sparkies away, just clean'n'dry them one-atta-time in HOT running engine and save'em fer NEXT TIME yer engine won't start. (and there will be a next time, BTDT)..... ..Dell, yer self-appointed sparkie-meister
