The fender bolts were originally fine thread.

the stabilizer bar pins need to be inline with the tractors lift arms or it will bend them.

They mount using the fender bolts.. mount the flange toward the center of the tractor. Ther ewill be a nubby pin in each bracket. Put that pin in the hole that will let it be on the same plane as the 3pt lift arm pin. then put the stab brackets on a drawbar and lift by hand to make sure there is no binding.

occasionally some universal sets have slots instead of holes.. in this case.. hand tighten the nuts, lift the lift by hand to let the brackets find their happy place.. then snug the nuts and nubs down.

Yep.. Ditto that. longer bolts are usually needed if they havn't already been changed out.
