Yep...that is the oil line...May just JB weld it and screw it in there...


Just curious, but how do the two (9N, 8N ) fittings differ?


8N6722 from John smiths site.

This is the one on my 2n...The one on my 9N is the same. One out is 1/4" the other is 3/16"...Not sure what size inlet and outlet the 8N6722 has...

That what I thought. Mine was broke and brazed. Looks like 2 threads holding the line on...Guess I can run it and see if it leaks. Got all new oil lines at Napa 10 bucks. Got one left to cut flair and bend...The price was right on the oil lines. easy to bend..Time to get to work and enjoy the cool morning...

They are different. You can pick them up used for a song.
