that has purchased new tires around here? I'm starting to look into new rear tires and am wondering where folks might have had good luck or good experiences.

I called one place today on a suggestion and man o man. They would only quote me Firestone tires... because it was all that they "had in their system". They wanted a boatload for them and I about stumbled when he told me the price he quoted didn't include tubes or mounting.

Anyway.... fishing for good experiences.....

You might try Berkley Springs, WVA if you are not to far away. There are two tire places on US 522 at the south edge of town. Can"t remember which one was recomemded to me - CRS, you know. :)

You should be able to find them in a phone search.

yup... got my front tires from Tucker. They just haven't had any for the rears on their ebay store lately. I've emailed them this evening though.

I've had good luck with Tucker Tire. Order your tires online, great deals.
