Looks just like mine, too. If it sits out in the weather, it will get those marks on it from rubbing inside the blocks. The weld is how the rod end is attached and is "factory".

newp newp..... I'm with the opinion that it looks like a piece of rebar. You can see the weld marks towards the front edge. I still think it's a home made version based on Zane's.

fairly certain it's not a Zane original.... something looks different to me. I can't place it right now though and I'm at work so can't take a gander at one I know is original.

Zanes workmanship is a whole lot better than that. That looks to me like, someones very poor attempt to copy Zane's work.

It don't look like the one I have.!!!
