What type of set ups do you all have to run a loader off the tractors hydraulic pump? How does Paulson have theirs setup? Just looking for ideas before I redo my hydraulic lines.

ALl you need to do is plumb the proper fitting into the port at the front right corner of the pump housing and attach a hydraulic line. The results of using the tractor's internal pump are less than satisfactory IMO. Most serious loader applications use the front mounted auxiliary pump that gives you live power to the lift cylinders. Using the internal pump, every time you mash the clutch pedal, the pump quits. It is also slow and low pressure and has no down-pressure, since it's an open system.
Unfortunately, mounting a front pump can mess up the grille unless you choose to remove it.

Any idea what he "proper fitting" is and where to get one? I took my plug to the dealer and to the local hyrdaulics shop and they both looked at my like I was nuts. The hydraulic shop can get a fitting that converts from an O-ring seal to pipe; I may get one of those and try to turn it into a "should seal to pipe" adapter....
