This is a good, unrestored, working tractor that has been well taken care of. Hours are unknown
since the proof meter was missing when I bought
it about 5 years ago. But I installed new proof meter then, now shows 146 hours.
Pluses: Above-average condition. Side distributor.
(Almost) no rust or dings. (Almost) everything works. Electronic ignition (using points...
remember car add-ons around ’75). 12-V converted
(using original generator... yes, it works on
late models). Always starts easily, runs smooth
and strong. Transmission, differential, clutch,
brakes, hydraulic, all OK. Will include I&T FO-4
shop manual plus misc. books and parts (including
reprint of original owners manual!)
Minuses: Engine is (ahem) "tired" (runs well, but
hot oil pressure not too good, lots of smoke from
breather under load). Plan on general engine
overhaul soon.
