Well, let's try and actually answer your question instead of spending you into the poorhouse. I presume that the upper attachments are still the standard AC snap-coupler system. You can buy ready-made arms with the coupler profile on the end to lock into these, to which you can weld what you please. I don't have a WD45 parked right here to look at, but I think I'd make an upper drawbar with two of these, to lock into the couplers, and a pin rigging to catch the top link pin holes on your blade. For the lower attachment, what you suggest should work although I think I'd be inclined to make a clevis and use a locking pin so that the blade can't come unhitched from the drawbar. What that would amount to is a blade with two hitch points, one directly above the other. If the ground is relatively flat, it should work OK, although there's not much to prevent it from tipping sideways. If that's an issue, you could add outriggers or chains from your upper drawbar. To keep it square behind the tractor, a couple of chains to the original 3-point hitch pins and hooked under the axle ends should work fine - you could adapt the standard limiter chain rigging which is sold for keeping mowers and brushhogs at the right height. Hope this helps. llater, llamas
