Does anyone know if it is possible to get 6 volt amber flashing warning lights? I want to use my 8N to pull a trailer for a hayride and want to be sure to use precaution.

Have you considered using a battery-powered strobe or other beacon. That would be the easiest way to do it, especially for intermittent use. I like the strobe because it has greater visibility in fog and cloudy conditions at night.

If you can't find one to wire in, you can buy a portable lantern that flashes. I have one that uses 4 AA batteries and has a magnetic base. It will flash several hours before I have to replace the batteries. You could probably make one that used a regular six volt lantern battery. JC Whitney used to have a six volt flasher for older cars, come to think of it, but I haven't looked in one of their books in a while.

Probably available at your nearest auto parts store.
