Hi
we have a 9-2n dont know which. but we have a sickle bar mower for it. Is there a solution for changing gears like from first to reverse it is hard to get out of gear.-- it binds up.

You should be able to operate the sickle mower by hand by turning the pulley with the cam on it. If it is binding then it will maintain pressure on the PTO shaft and make it difficult to get out of gear. The mower has to operate smoothly or you will have problems that even an ORC (Overrunning Clutch) will not solve. Check for lubrication, bent sickle bar or sections (teeth), adjustments or guards etc. Good Luck
