Who owns the rights to use 8N name, emblem, script and likeness?

Who now own the 8n trademark? I wonder if it is Ford or Case-NewHolland. The toy makers and parts manufacturers must be paying someone to use the names and emblems. Anybody out there know?

I have a modern reproduction metal ad sign hanging on the wall of the room I'm in right now. It's the famous one: "FORD FARMING means less work . . . more income per acre" "Now Better Than Ever!" with a picture of an 8N.

Anyway, there's a little note printed on the lower right corner of the sign - "Official Licensed Product Ford Motor Company".

Thats right. Ford Motor Company and only they have the rights to any thing associated with the Ford Motor Company and its products past and present. If anyone is interested in details of using the Ford name you should check out their website for info. CNH uses the name under agreement which has an expiration date.
