This is not uncommon. With mine it took 2 guys heating it until it was red hot and beating on it a day and a half. Good Luck.

I had the same trouble on an 1850 once. On the 1850 I took the "U" clamp off and removed the horizontal pin that goes through the axle tube. Replace that pin with a long 3/8" or 1/2" bolt (for safety). Leave this bolt loose so you can check to see if you have any progress. Spray lots of WD around and between the 2 tubes. I drove mine up to a cement grain bin foundation, putting the tire against the foundation and letting the clutch out slowly. After several tries at this, mine moved slightly. Spray WD again. I hooked a heavy come-a-long and chains between another tractor and the wheel hub and pulled it as far as it would go that way (with the bolt still in). I jacked up that side of the front axle, took the tire/wheel off and then hooked the come-a-long to the back axle, took the bolt out of the tube and would pull it back and forth many times changing it from the other tractor to the rear axle until it would move enough to pull it out of the axle tube. I was lucky and didn't damage anything on the axle or steering.
On another tractor I had to heat the outer tube with a torch to get it to move. Good luck.

Steven we did something very similar on a 1755-- chained the axle (totally unpinned) to one tractor-- pulled backwards w/1755 till it moved.
Soaking of course

then drove back forward to take out slack and pulled back with come-a-long

repeated 5 or 6 times till lose then come-a-longed sideways to pull it out..
