I think I just learned how easy it is to post a photo. this picture is of my son Tom in Wi. this
past spring. The tractor is a 1953 Cockshutt 50 with a three bottom plow. Nesk spring it will
be a Cockshutt plow too. My older son took his Cockshutt plow out to him this past summer. Now
that I have learned how, I'll be posting pics of my Oliver 88. Just in case I'm not as smart as I thought, the pic is in tractor photos.

nice 50 . why was your son using a 3 bottom plow ? just wondering ? is 50 gas or deisel ? i have a 50 gas need flywheel ring gear replaced .

It's a gas tractor as far as why 3 bottom, probrobly what somebody gave to him. Phil Heisy in Southern Pennsylvania probrobly as a ring gear for one or if the teeth are worn on one side, you
could take it off and turn it around.
