I have a 77 oliver that I have 12V system. I would like to keep the side curtains on but do not know what alternator will fit?

Any help would be apreciated! Pictures would be a Bonus!

I did do search and all I found was alternator from a mitsubishi car would fit, any one know what car that would be?

The Hitachi 14231 should work as 960 suggested and the cost is around $50.00 unless they have went up like everything else. Hal

Try GM GEO,s One off of a Metro worked for me.

I have used a Hitachi #14231 alt., NAPA part 213-8130 on numerous customers IH H and Oliver 77 with good results.

Mine is a 12 volt genny... Why getting rid of the generator?

I have a delco 10SI on my 77 and the side curtain fit just fine. You do need to use a shorter belt but thats about all.
