What is a good clutch set up for an 88 to hold around 100 hp? Industrial clutch or just hd disk? Also do I need to do anything to the coupler to the trans input shaft?

Just took one out of my 125 horse 88 if you'd be interested. No problems with it at all, just gaining some ponies and going to a different setup. Post your number and I'll get ahold of you.

What kind of money are you looking to get for your clutch? Is it a built clutch or out of another tractor? Open your email and I'll send a note.

Give me your number and I will give you a call, last year my email got crashed due to spam from posting it on a forum. I am willing help you out or sell you this built clutch very reasonably. It's a direct bolt-in and it pushes very easily. Look forward to hearing from you.

I'm sorry but I can't do that, if you're not interested enough to post yours then I think I will just sit it aside until someone needs it. My wife works for UPS, so shipping it would not be a problem.

I am interested in your clutch. I wasn't trying to lead you along, if that's what my replies sounded like. I guess I'm just too cautious like you. Sorry if I wasted your time, I was just looking for a good clutch or how to build one myself. Thanks.

Remember clutches are torque transmitters. Twice power at twice revs would be no problem (theoretically) but twice the torque at the same revs would screw up the clutch big time. These are extremes but something for you to think about.
