We have a 1994 Kubota PX 2100 which we won at auction for £2400 last year. It is in very good condition and is a superb machine, with a 5 foot 3 blade cutting deck it cuts all our 5 acres in a comfortable 2-3 hours getting in very close to all the trees, hedges and fencing. We have been told that it originally cost £21,000 new.
Problems to date:
1. Had to purchase new remote antenna (Kubota could not help but found exact replacement in local model shop. 2. The range on the remote is only about 25yds. (so cannot sit back and have a beer while it does the work).
3. Grass clippings CANNOT be collected so sprayed over lawn and build up (trying to purchase a mulching deck to fit).
4. The most annoying fault is an intermittent steering cut out which occurs only after the machine has been used for approx 1 hour and it has become very hot - don't understand why and cannot find any obvious cause (anyone any ideas?)

OVERALL AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC MACHINE - WE LOVE IT!
