I want to mount a sickle bar 4 feet in the air
to mow new growth willows along the road side.

Not so much to "make" a hedge altho I guess it
seem so. My question is really this--can the mower cut off tender willows maybe a quarter
inch or so in dia.

I have a John Deere 4010 with hydraulics, but
no 3 pt hitch
