Hi Bernhard. I am looking for info on Italian LOMBARDINI crawler believe about 1957, thought to be used in vinyards. Factory says they never made it. Would you have any information on it or any tractor clubs in Europe that may be of help? Thank you.

Another possibility is that they have mounted a Lombardini-engine into a Crawler from another Brand.

Bernhard, thanks for reply. Yes crawler definitely says LOMBARDINI Fabrica Italiana Motori, Reggio Emilia Italy on 2 very clear data plates. Also states same on fuel filler cap, grille, and has stylized triangle logo (same as used by current Lombardini) in numerous places on several castings and fabricated assemblies. It has X suffix on both engine (Matr 33057X) and crawler (Matr 2758X) data plates and appears to have engine (Lombardini LDAT 90/2) made in late 1957 and crawler in early 1958. Blade was made in America in early 1960's as I have documentation from manufacturer still in business showing photo of same/similiar crawler. I'm wondering if it is one off prototype.
Please se French site Link for photo of similiar crawler as well as Link for description of Crawler Tractor Castoro 24. that fits this tractor (per decals). Thanks for help, it is turning into a mystery and I would like to solve same.
