Does anyone have an idea on where I could look for parts for a Duetz D3006?
I am in need of a complete starter. The option of rebuild is not an option as there is not one to rebuild.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave

I get my deutz parts from Walts tractor
417-632-4364. I think that is the best place in the US for deutz parts and help.

I sell new, aftermarket parts for most imported, non-Oriental tractors, Deutz included. Email me for a quote on a new starter(not rebuilt) for your tractor.

AGCO dealer should be able to get you one, but the last time I checked they were pricey. I bought one for a 6265 a few years ago from a fellow that rebuilds starters for $100-150 less than AGCO wanted(starter was new). He just cross-referenced mine to a starter that was used on a truck that used a Deutz engine.
