In the message received from "Andy" on 09/02/03 he decribed a WA17 in our possession. We are currently accepting bids for this tractor. If you are still interested, please contact us at this email address (adafmorton@msn.com).

Thank you

I have an old WA-17,the serial number ends in 101. We have used it daily until recently. It has a big blade made onto it in front and a huge beam on back with huge hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower it.It has a cab and air conditioning.Does anyone know if this beast is worth anything to a collector? I also have all of the shop manuels for it.

I have a John Deere WA-14 tractor in original condition and would like to know what its collector's value might be.

Jim: I used to have the brochure that showed the Wagners as John Deere sold them. The folder was John Deere General Purpose tractors 66- 280 horsepower with a shot of a JD 4520 on the front. You may find one at a flea market or the like. Somewhere I read that JD only sold about 300 of them and most them went to the Pacific Northwest. Cummins 855 plus Fuller Transmissions. Should be a good outfit. Tom
