I know this tractor has a bad rep but if any of you have any real experience with one, I could use a a bit of advice. I use this tractor to mow my yard, 7 acres. That's it. I have had what I thought was an exhaust leak for some time and it is getting worse. I pulled the exhaust manifold and guess what? That's not it. I have exhaust coming from the space between the intake and exhaust on the front jug. It is loud and blows a good bit of smoke at start up. So do I have a cracked head? What will happen if I keep running it?

This is a basic tractor but it shifts fine and the PTO works. It does what I need.

Thanks in advance

Rick
