I have just brought home a tractor that I never heard of before and it is a "Continental" that looks similar to the Cockshutt 30 model with narrow front end and 38" tires. The only info the PO had on it was that it was made in Texas. It is a runner and in nice condition and only needs paint and new decals. What I need to know is the colour scheme and any other history on it would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance. I am going to take some digital pictures of it today in case anyone is interested in having a look.

There were Continental engines (in all sorts of Ag and Industrial applications) and there were Intercontinental Tractors. There was a feature article on Intercontinental Tractors in the Antuqe Power Magazine from Volume 13 #2, that is the Jan/Feb issue in 2001. Maybe they still have back issues. The model C26 is on the magazines cover. I wouldn't exactly say it looks like a Cockshutt 30 though. They used Continental flathead F162 engines according to the article. I think most were orange and a yellow Navy model shows up in that article too.

I can't see the picture, but if it's the same as the ones listed in the "Help Identify" section then the orange one is a Massey Harris, probably a 101 jr. as they used the same Continental F-162 engine as the Long model A and others. As for the red one, i'm not sure as the pictures are really hard to see. If you could take a picture of just the front end and sheetmetal, that would help.
