The hydraulics on my NAA are not working. The suction line broke years ago and was repaired with a rubber hose. The rubber hose broke and I replaced it with a rubber hose designed for hydraulic fluid. I bled the system and the arms went up and down two times and quit working. The arms are in the down position. I rebled the system but,no go. I made sure the draft control is in the correct position and the lever for the front bucket was in the correct position. I can look thru the fill plug and see fluid moving around. The manual says that if the pump is bled the ram piston needs to be rebuilt. There is no fluid coming out around the piston seal so I don"t think rebuilding the ram will fix it. I believe it has a reed type pump, how much pressure should the pump make? Is it possible a piece of rubber hose got truck in the pump or in a relief valve? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
