I have one ,but don't remember the outside width. Its an r66 and it has 2inch spacers on each side, they were outside and i added 2 inches to the rims and had to put them inside. My old trailer with bed between the wheel had the rims forced and rubbing inside the rails. So i added a board outside the rails on one side for one wheel to sit on.

The older Silver King tractor models used the tread width of the rear tires as the model number.

The 3 wheelers had 3 tread widths. 60 66 72.
Also there was a letter before the serial number. The letter would be a R for rubber or S for steel.

So, you could have a R60 R66 or R72.
Later ones used 3 numbers (600 660 or 720) with the R or S letter before it.

Hope this helps.

I measured mine right now the outside of the wheel is 79 inches. If the spacers were not on it would be 75 inches.
