looking for any and all info on the cockshutt 30 built in 1949 and with the buda g-153 engine.

30 were made from 1946 until 1956.They were also sold as the Co-op E-3.Serial # can be found on top
of frame rail on the left side,near oil filter.
Early models had year listed as first two #'s in
serial #,such as 46-30-83,with 46 being year,30
being model and 83 being serial #.If you need more

What do you need to know there is a club Cockshut
International that can help also I own a cocksut
30 low profile that I restored that Ibought in Canada 5 years ago. We drove the tractor 110 miles
from Southaven MI to Tinley Park Ill to raise money for Farm Aid in 1989. Thanks Jim
