Seaman made heavy duty tillers for pulverizing asphalt roads. Add more asphalt, roll, presto new road!

Interested in any information on a Seaman Tractor Tiller. Where were they manufactured, what years where they manufactured? How many were built?
How much do they sell for?
Have seen one in stuck condition. It is painted orange with a GM diesel engine.
Any information you can provide would be most appreciated.

They were popular here, on the northern North Dakota prairie, for trying to eliminate quackrass.
