Where do you check the hyd. pressure on a 610 long tractor? The 3 pt. wont lift anything but the arms. If you try to lift a roll of hay or whatever it just sets there. At the remote port I get about 1200#. Any help is appreicated. Thanks, davids

Sounds like your hydralic pump is worn out. 1200 psi is not enough. You should be popping around 2100.

I've worked on several of these Fiat hydraulic systems in the last year and in addition to what Jim said check the "O" ring where you take the filter screen out and make sure its a good thick one not compressed hard and flat as the pump can suck air there also I run the rear about 1/2 gallon over the full mark. To get air out of the system hook an open ended hose on one of the remotes and hold the lever down for that port let it dump all the air and air/fluid mix in a bucket or some container until you get all fluid most of the time the lift arms will start to work

I have worked the remote control lever up and down a few times quickly and then had the 3 point lift to start working, especially in cold weather if tractor has sat for awhile.

I would check the hydraulic filter located near and below the starter. If it is full of gunk, it may pay to clean the system and change the oil. The filter can be cleaned with gas or fuel oil. There is a bleeder valve on the lift near where the hydraulic line from the pump connects to the lift. Loosen it a little to see if oil seeps from this fitting. You could have some air in the line. You can check the oil level from the dipstick on top of the transmission. Hope this helps a little
